Southern Border

Invasion on the Southern Border

What do you call over two million illegal aliens crossing our southern border in less than ten months? What do you call it when America’s enemies can traffic women, children, fentanyl, weapons, and 800,000 ‘got aways’ who intentionally camouflage themselves to avoid being caught?

What do you call what’s happening along our southern border when you find out that those 800,000 ‘got aways’ are single, military-aged males that outnumber the combined active-duty servicemen of both the U.S. Army and Marine Corps?

Jameson calls it an invasion.

Article IV, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution plainly states:

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

It’s abundantly clear that the Biden administration’s open border policy is in place to undermine the national security, sovereignty, and liberty of the United States.

How to Secure The Southern Border

While watching Governors Greg Abbott and Ron DeSantis bus and fly illegals to sanctuary cities and democrat-run states is amusing, the harsh reality is that it won’t change a thing.

Furthermore, when election integrity and voter confidence are a complete disaster, why would we send illegal aliens to areas of the country where it will be easier for the left to utilize them for unlawful votes?

Article I, Section 10, Clause 3 of the U.S. Constitution plainly states:

No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any Duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.

Here are the immediate, common-sense steps that must be taken to secure the border and protect the livelihoods of American citizens.

1. Declare an Invasion.

When the federal government fails in its duties, are American citizens supposed to just sit idly by and live in a constant state of tyranny?

Absolutely not.

The federal government clearly violates Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution. This means state legislatures and local governments have every right to invoke Article I, Section 10, Clause 3 of the Constitution to secure their borders.

2. Ten-Year Moratorium on Immigration.

Jameson fully supports H.R. 1883, the Protect America First Act, introduced by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene on March 12, 2021.

This bill would enact a four-year moratorium on immigration, build the wall, prioritize securing the Southern border, repeal specific Executive Orders which endanger the security of the United States, re-assert a zero-tolerance immigration policy, ensure the safe return of unaccompanied alien children, reduce human trafficking, deport criminal aliens, and end chain migration.

Furthermore, Jameson also supports H.R. 4643, introduced by Rep. Paul Gosar on July 22, 2021.

This bill takes the moratorium on immigration from four years to ten years.

3. Finish Trump’s Border Wall.

Not Governor Abbott’s chain link fence…

To anyone who believes building a tall, robust, and structured border wall to be racist, we ask you to consider that you most likely lock your doors at night before going to sleep.

Those doors limit access to the interior of your home, while the walls that hold them up protect you and your family from the outside elements.

In other words, the walls, doors, and locks all work together to secure your home… and if you do it for your home, why wouldn’t you want to do it for your country?

4. End The Benefits Now.

Illegal aliens and their U.S. children are eligible for emergency Medicaid services, primary and secondary education, school nutrition services, and food stamp benefits.

This discriminates against legal immigrants and American citizens alike… and we’re all paying for it with our tax-payer dollars.

5. End Catch & Release.

Imagine you catch someone breaking into your house. You have no idea their intentions, criminal history, or who they are.

What would you do? Would you exercise your second amendment right to defend yourself? Would you call the police?

Or would you welcome them inside, make them a hot meal, and give them access to the amenities of your home?

Would you offer them the bedroom right next to where your daughter sleeps? Would you leave them home alone at your house, trusting this complete stranger with your family?

The answer is most likely a resounding ‘no.’

But this is precisely what catch & release programs like the ones implemented by Joe Biden and Governor Greg Abbott do.

In the video below, Jameson explains more of this in detail.
